In these tough economic times, finding a business that truly takes care of their customers is very rare and in the auto repair business, even rarer. Being a ""gal"" and not really understanding how to fix what is broken, I have had several experiences being taken advantage of. This is NOT THE CASE with Haglin Automotove in Boulder as their principles here - Dana and Judi Haglin, work to ensure that each and every customer is totally and completely satisfied. Their repairs are correct, timely and within budget; in cases of emergencies, they work to take care of each customer and work out the details later. I couldn't be more enthusiastic about this business. Period.
