Easy five stars. Place for middle tier and high tier cars, if you have a cheap car want cheap repair don’t come here. This place have the best technicians in boulder for above average cost, it’s pricey. It is worth it on an expensive car, every penny. If money is not the main issue, and want the best people to work on your expensive car and make sure it works, it’s the right place. Master techs with D levels even the front desk has veteran people who owned cars back in the 1950s , they tell good stories and know about the business. Excellent place for excellent service on excellent cars like mine😀

I have a 2011 Buick Enclave that was leaking transmission fluid and recently called Jack at Haglin Automotive to seek advice on this issue....Jack was super helpful on the phone and asked me to drop the Enclave off at the shop so they could have a look at it....a couple of hours later I recieved a text which included a full inspection of my vehicle including very accurate photos of problem areas beneath the undercarriage of the Buick....The Buick has 140,000 miles on it so I was expecting some leaks...Jack called me back after I had a chance to look over the photos of the inspection which also included the urgency of possible repairs that may be needed....Upon talking with him ....I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he had 25 years plus experience in auto mechanics and service writing and had many years experience working on General Motors vehicles....They traced the transmission leak to an axel seal that was recently installed improperly due to a failed cv axel....I purchased this vehicle used and the seller had this work done at another shop... The Buick is running fine now and I'm super happy with the service I recieved at Haglin Automotive! I will definitely be back for my auto repair needs in the future....Thanks Haglin Automotive!!

I had my jeep in for an oil change and routine maintenance check. John and his team took great care of me. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a complete inspection report with pictures and videos so I could understand what was done now and what I would need in the near future. Top notch and honest. I will be back again and will recommend to others looking for a quality service.

Simply phenomenal. Called in and they gave me some possible problems to go check out on my own. Spent easily 5 minutes on the phone with me, educating me about what may be going on with my car. EPIC customer service! And was basically told not to come in if I can fix it myself.

Haglin Automotive is the BEST!!! I cannot say enough good things. We recently bought an old Mazda that needed work. Haglin did an amazing job, quickly and for a competitive price. Sadly, shortly thereafter the car was stolen, only to be found later with a blown engine. I talked to Stephen daily, and he went above and beyond keeping me posted, dealing with my insurance company, and giving me sound advice about how to proceed. Haglin is locally owned and operated...and green! FIVE STARS!

Can't say enough good things about this locally owned and operated business. Their service is second to none. They recently walked me through the maze of a stolen car, blown engine, insurance inspections... The people at Haglin care about their customers and do great work! Would give 10 stars if I could!

These people are simply amazing. Super honest and upfront about what your car does/doesn’t need to run well and live a long life. It’s rare you come across such great customer service in any industry. I used to live in Boulder but I happily make the drive from Denver whenever I need work done because they are that great.

Had major brake issue while traveling from out of state. Gave us a loaner. Id'd the problem and fixed the next day. Gave us info on other problems to have checked when we get home. Professional and friendly. Can't thank them enough for everything. Can only recommend at the highest level!

Haglin Automotive is the best. I took my Toyota FJ Cruiser into Haglin because the dealer could not diagnose the bad smell I experienced after they serviced my car. Haglin found that my catalytic converters were fried, most likely because the dealer incorrectly flushed out my fuel injectors. They also advised me that the federal government requires that dealers warrant catalytic converters for 8 years or 80,000 miles which will cover my FJ. Without Haglin my Fj would still be sitting in the garage as I stopped driving it because of the bad smell.
