I chose Haglin's because they were rated very highly but my experience was simply not that impressive. First I took my vehicle (Chevy Volt) in as the tires appeared to be rubbing prematurely. So I originally asked for an alignment and rotation. They then informed me that two of the wheels were bent and I should replace the wheel and tires. OK. They patiently waited for me to check around for used wheels and agreed to work with me to get them installed. Here is where it gets bad. I went to pick up the car and they had picked some random tires to replace the stock tires. It is NOT best practice to mix tires unless absolutely needed for budget reasons. I incorrectly assumed they would simply get new tires that were same make/model as the existing tires. Then they also told me over the phone prior to pick up that the new tires would be placed on the front. Now having investigated the issue more it is actually bad practice to put older tires on the back for stability and control purposes. So yes they did put them in the back but a little better training for customer res would be helpful. Lastly they dumped my old wheels and tires in the back of my car and charged me for tire disposal. This was an obvious oversight which they remedied by refunding the fee but it does make me wonder what else they might have overlooked . . . Bottom line I am going to try and get them to replace the rando tires with matching tires. Will update this review once I hear back from them. As of now not at all satisfied with the results. ******Updated review****** rerated to 4 stars from 1 star Haglin's did agree to procure the new tires per my request. They were ordered over the weekend and I installed on Monday. This work was done at no cost and I paid the difference between the original Coopers and the new low rolling resistance tires. The car rides much better now and I am pleased with the results. Additionally the owner, asked me into the office for a chat on my experience. We walked though all the details and he explained everything. I definitely respect the fact that they stand by their work and were willing to do what it took to make me happy. I have one recommendation. Charge my vehicle! For any EV driver this is a pretty special perk. The cost is really low at a few dollars but makes a huge difference when you sit down to a fully charged battery. Certainly not required but any shop who did that for me would win a loyal EREV customer for sure.

Haglin Automotive is the best in Boulder. They treat you like family and will not push you to get unnessecary repairs done. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

I brought my car in for a last minute oil change and an evening appointment. They fit me in and were willing to take a look at my windshield wiper fluid tubing as well. I appreciated their transparency and honestly when it came to what my car needed. They were SO nice and patient when explaining the repairs. Following my visit I received 4(!) thank you's (email, text and 2 cards in the mail). It may be just be me but those little touches are what keep me coming back to a business. I just made a second appointment with Haglin Auto. The usual hesitation and anxiety that comes with car repairs are minimal with this amazing staff.

I haven’t purchased any extensive parts/repair service from them. I needed a vehicle inspection and came to this location because of great reviews. The staff was very kind and professional. The price was reasonable. A few days after my visit they did a follow up on my experience. They have much higher standards than the industry average. If I need anything for my car again I will definitely see them first.
