I was greeted warmly on the phone by Jack. He listened well when I described my problem and asked questions to be sure he understood exactly what was going on with my car. They had me bring it in the same morning I called. The office staff were friendly, and Jack, again, took his time to make sure he understood what I was experiencing with my car as he wrote it down for the tech. I was surprised by the diagnostic fee that wasn't disclosed til we had the intake done and I was ready to leave my car. This amount would not be applied to the service charges, but in addition to it. But the diagnostics were extremely thorough and sent to me via text where I could look over all the items noted (rated on a green, yellow and red system based on urgency). I could formulate questions prior to calling back, or just send a text to go forward with the repairs. I made a call and spoke with Laura who thoroughly and professionally answered my questions and explained well, the things I didn't understand. I was treated with respect and didn't feel like I was being pushed to do more than required to fix the problem I came in for. The car was properly fixed by the end of the day, and I left with assurance that Haglin Auto knew how to run a quality business. I will take my car back to them.
