Haglin Automotive have looked after all our cars since we moved to Boulder. They have even inspected cars we were thinking of buying. Haglin Automotive is a truly wonderful place where the people are always courteous and helpful. They are very trustworthy and take pride in their work. I have known Dana and Judy for many years now. I love the way they follow up on repairs that I need on my car by emailing me. They keep track of all paperwork. On top of this, they send out coupons and gift cards to help me out. Their waiting area is very comfortable with drinks, coffee, snacks and T.V. They always take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. They always let me know if they find other problems and get my authorization before proceeding. Their employees are wonderful to deal with also.

Haglin honors their warranties. They replaced wheel bearings for me in April and one failed last week. They not only replaced the bearing free, but also the brake pad and rotor that were damaged by the heat. I've NEVER had that experience at a repair shop. Thank you!

Haglin Automotive treats me like family. Since I have a '92 Jeep with 204,000 miles, they see me regularly. They are always friendly, helpful, professional, fast and efficient. If my family lived in Boulder, they would all be Haglin customers. Haglin also buys Zorbent, our super absorbent, from us because they know that Zorbent absorbs 16 times more liquid than clay products such as Oil-Dri and Speedy Dry.
