I called Haglin to get an estimate on work another shop told me I needed done immediately. Jack listened to me and thought maybe the problem was something else. He told me to being out in the next day and he would take a look at it for free. Turned out that he was right and the more expensive replacement the other shop told me about souls wait awhile. They fixed up what needed to be done affordably and gave me a timeline for the expensive replacement. They seem to be really upstanding folks at Haglin, not trying to milk you for everything they can get, which I appreciate as a female in her mid 20s who know very little about cars. They know how to get repeat customers

This is the second time I’ve been to Haglin Automotive with repairs and 4 visits. Chad who does the shuttle service is friendly and always has great conversation. Timely as well. I’ve never had to wait. The front service staff are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough with any and all explanations or concerns I’ve voiced. The repairs they have done for my vehicle have been more than satisfactory. I’ve noticed, or maybe it’s just my optimism. That they have done little tidbits here and there while making the major repairs happen. I’ve never felt relived taking a vehicle to a mechanic before. Called last minute and went in for an inspection. Didn’t have to fix anything immediately and didn’t get charged. The staff could not have been nicer.
